    What Would Make You Choose an Agent?

    We at Julie Twist Properties pride ourselves on our customer service; we think that our dedication to our clients’ needs makes us stand out from the competition.

    With this in mind, we conducted an online poll recently to find out what makes our customers tick. The results were very interesting indeed

    It turns out that 40% of you prioritise customer service over anything else when choosing your estate agent. This finding reinforces the importance of keeping in touch with clients and recognising their individual requirements – things that we like to think that we are good at!

    It also seems that many of you rely on the opinions of others when making a choice, as the ‘recommendations’ category took another 40% of the vote. In this regard, you can’t beat word of mouth, but internet reviews are becoming ever more important when it comes to the service industry.     Interestingly, fees were not a major concern for clients, with only 20% saying this would be a factor in their decision. We have always been firm believers that the cheapest isn’t always the best; what a customer will really benefit from is value for money, however much they are spending. Another one of our key aims is to offer a holistic service to clients, so we endeavour to give you everything you need under one roof – from expert property knowledge to maintenance work and financial advice. This is how we deliver great value to our customer base: once you step through our front door as a landlord, vendor, buyer, renter or developer, you don’t need to go anywhere else!

    Coming in last in the poll was location; it seems that people don’t mind where their agent is based, as long as they can get in touch with them. This might be due in part to the increasing importance of the internet in the property market. At Julie Twist Properties, we consider ourselves to be at the forefront of estate agency internet technology.
