The accommodation in The Green Quarter is excellent, it’s on the outskirts of the City but the walk to the City has been greatly improved. It’s a very popular area for sales and rentals and they aren’t on the market for long. This area has a large amount of new build accommodation all located in one area. Would I buy in this area? Yes, the rents are great, I just wish we had more on our books to manage!
