The accommodation in the Green ¼ is excellent it’s on the outskirts of the City but the walk to the City has been greatly improved. It’s a very popular area for sales and rentals and they aren’t on the market for long. This area has a large amount of new build accommodation all located in one area. Would I buy in this area?
