Cypress Place, Green Quarter, Manchester

Cypress Place is based in the Green Quarter area of Manchester city centre and was completed in 2012. It’s an impressive 20 floors and houses 245 apartments, some of which are south facing and have fantastic city centre views. The apartments have been finished to a high specification and many come with balconies and underground secure parking. The Green Quarter is located on the north west of the city centre right by Victoria Station and Manchester Arena. The area itself is mainly residential with a local Co-op store and a few cafes, restaurants and bars. However the bright lights of the Northern Quarter, Printworks and the Corn Exchange are only a few minutes walk away meaning you don’t have to venture too far to enjoy all Manchester city centre has to offer.
