    Central, Manchester

The legal and banking centre of the City, walking through Spinningfields gives you the feel of quality from apartments known as Leftbank to restaurants and shops it’s all in Spinningfields.

Spinningfields is a relatively new area to the city which was born around 2000: stunning apartments on the edge of the Irwell are a major part of Spinningfields. Then followed the RBS moving to Number 1 Spinningfields, Armani, DKNY, Kurt Geiger, Ted Baker, All Saints and many more great names, the area flourished.

They may not be the cheapest apartments in the City but, it is the place to live, apartments were still selling well through the recession and there is constantly a waiting list. Rents in this area are consistently high with virtually no void periods.

This theme runs through the whole of the central area with some prestige buildings namely Century buildings overlooking St Mary’s parsonage and Great Northern Tower overlooking the Great Northern Square.

Travel is easy from here, Deansgate station and Salford Station are a short walk away, the ring road and motorways are also easily accessible.

When visiting Manchester this is the place to visit if you want to see one of the newest, most impressive areas in the City.

Looking for great restaurants in this area then Australasia is one to try!
