Octo, Police Street

Octo is a small conversion development which is tucked away on Police Street, just off the King Street area of the city centre. There are only 8 apartments in total making this one of the city’s smallest, most unique developments. The apartments are fitted out to high quality using natural stone and timber. Mezzanine gallery levels are added to the building to utilise the open roof to provide extra accommodation. Some apartments even include balconies.
