BEFORE THE TENANCY STARTS

Move in inventory: £144 (Inc. VAT) per tenancy. Attending the property to undertake a full property inventory before your tenant moves in

Check out and Deposit Return: £240 (Inc. VAT) per tenancy
To undertake an updated Schedule of Condition based on the original inventory and negotiating the repayment of the security deposit at the end of the tenancy.

Deposit Registration/Renewal: £60 (Inc. VAT) per term.

Deposit Transfer: £60 (Inc. VAT) Should the Landlord request the deposit it transferred to another scheme.

DURING THE TENANCY

Property Inspections: £60 per visit

Service of Legal Notices: from £60 (Inc. VAT)

END OF TENANCY

Extension Contract: £270 (Inc. VAT) To renew the tenancy agreement with your tenant.

Deposit Arbitration: £300 (Inc. VAT) To collate the relevant documentation and complete the necessary paperwork for arbitration.

OTHER FEES AND CHARGES

Interest on unpaid commissions or outstanding debt: 8% above the Bank of England Base Rate from due date until paid in full.

Contractor Commission: 20% of contractors invoice. To cover the costs associated with arranging and facilitating the visit.

Safety Checks: From £95, we offer a range of safety services. Please ask for a quotation.

Cleaning: From £90, depending on size. (Inc VAT)  Please ask for a quotation.

Energy Performance Certificate (EPC): £90 (Inc. VAT)

Termination of Contract: £360 (Inc. VAT) If after 21 days you wish to terminate any agreement with us.
