Since looking for a property, everyone we have spoken to at Julie Twist have been exceptionally helpful with very quick response times. Initially we spoke to Darren when looking for a property to rent, then frequent contact with Kelly after having our application approved. I find that there is significant, general lack of responsiveness - amongst many estate agents - to prospective buyers, which is odd given that we\'re all potential sellers. Fortunately, this hasn\'t been the case with Julie Twist, every time I call, someone answers the phone and is able to provide answers to my query. Will was really professional, helpful and friendly in the early stages and Paul has been really efficient in obtaining and providing updates from solicitors. All in all, a rare but first class service

As a first time buyer, I had an excellent experience with Julie Twist properties. Unfortunately the property I was buying was awaiting an EWS1 form and therefore there were significant delays in the buying process. Despite this, the team at Julie Twist were very open on expectations and always provided honest answers when I asked questions around the process. In addition, the team clearly outlined what the key steps were to purchasing the property which made it stress free for a first time buyer. Overall great experience and would highly recommend them in the market!

I come across a property maintenance issue which the building management company is responsible for a balcony door repair to avoid water leakage. Sadly the building management company is not responsive and always delay to fix the issue. Eleanor is my property manager, who helped me to escalate this issue with the building management companay and follow up closely while keeping me informed. The issue is not resolved yet but Eleanor\'s professionism is very impressive and I\'m glad my property is managed with Julie Twist - you will only know the importance of a good property manager when you come across issues which you will then realize it\'s value for what you paid for!

We instructed Julie Twist to sell our Ancoats apartment as they had an office in the location and we initially bought the property from them 6 years previously. As we live two and a half hours drive away we were grateful that they were able to handle all of the viewings for us. We achieved what we thought was a fair price and they handled all communications with our buyer and their solicitor and kept us fully informed throughout. They made it a very smooth process for us.

As I was selling a leasehold apartment my selling process took a lot longer than I originally expected due to the ongoing confusion the government are causing with cladding and leaseholds. The team kept me updated and helped push through the process when we had stumbling blocks. We ended up with a weekly update which I found really helpful.

We have viewed several properties but this estate agent has been by far the best! The gentleman who showed us round had printed information ready for us when we arrived. He was polite and friendly but also the first agent who was able to answer my long list of questions. He really knew the property! Not only that, but he also gave lots of really helpful advice. Communication from the other agents has also been fantastic. I would definitely recommend them!
