Lancaster House

Lancaster House is a Grade II listed development which was previously a packing and shipping warehouse built between 1905 and 1910 for Lloyd’s Packing Warehouse Limited. The building was designed by Harry S. Fairhurst, who had become “the leading expert in the design of these advanced warehouses”. Lancaster House is located at 71 Whitworth Street and was converted to range of studio, 1, 2 and 3 bedroom apartments in the early 90’s.
