The Green Rooms

Completed September 2019. Another fully loaded rental only building. This is in the heart of MediaCityUK with all that the area has to offer plus an on-site gym with fitness classes and a yoga instructor. It has co-working spaces and is pet friendly.

Following the dockyard closures, Salford Quays has been regenerated on a colossal scale. Today, the area thrives from a world-class media-hub, luxury waterfront developments and landmark arts venues.

In contrast to the City Centre, The Quays enjoy ample space, with dockland panoramas lined by leisurely, traffic-free promenades.
