Piccadilly Village

Piccadilly Village is a residential development which consists of four developments. James Brindley Basin and Thomas Telford Basin are both built around two canal basins and William Jessop Court and John Smeaton Court are set around two spacious courtyards. The buildings were all named after 18^th century canal engineers.

The developments offer a mix of studio, one, two, three and four bedroom apartments plus townhouses. Most include parking spaces and balconies or terraces, perfect to enjoy the tranquil surrounding. There are two footbridges which are exclusive to residents provide access to the canal tow path which leads into the city centre.

Piccadilly train station is a short walk away, as is the Ancoats & New Islington area offering a range of bars, cafes, restaurants and transport links.
