Completed December 2021 spread over 4 blocks varying in height from 19 to 7 storeys with a total of 363 rental apartments and townhouses all set around landscaped gardens. It’s all about the outdoors with this development with an outdoor events space, residents social area including BBQs and outdoor kitchens. On top of all this there is a residents gym and wellness zone. It’s a stone’s throw from Cornbrook Metrolink station but there is also a bike store.

Old Trafford was predominately populated by houses until the late 1990’s when some of the first large apartment blocks were built; Madison Apartments was one of the first developments and sold out within 48 Hours! Soon to be followed by many more purpose-built and refurbished apartments.

Old Trafford has many key landmarks with Manchester United and Old Trafford Cricket ground being the most notable. It’s a busy place with great commuter connections to cater for the 70,000 visiting the football on a regular basis. There is also access via the canal and the tram.
