Burgess House is part of New Islington’s The Point Development and features lovely communal gardens. Burgess House is named after a very famous previous Manchester resident, Anthony Burgess the author of Clockwork Orange. Based in New Islington, it’s right next door to the very popular Ancoats and Northern Quarter, offering both a quiet and tranquil location but with plenty of options of restaurants, bars, shops and cafes all within easy walking distance. New Islington also has a Metrolink stop which is only one stop away from Piccadilly Station and connects to north and south Manchester as well as Manchester Airport.
