St Mary’s Church, Hulme, Manchester

St Mary’s Church is an award winning conversion of a grade ll listed church into 14 apartments. The apartments are three or four storeys and are sculpted to fit between the arches of the nave to leave the existing Church structure intact. It was originally built in 1858 and was a former gothic revival church and given it’s grade II listing in 1974. Situated on Upper Moss Lane in Hulme, only a few minutes walk away from several shops, restaurants and takeaways. There are a number of bus routes and stops within a few minutes walking distance and Manchester city centre is only twenty minutes walking distance. Hulme has a nice mix of students, families and young professionals.
