Area Guide

What Piccadilly has to offer
Piccadilly describes an area surrounding Manchester Piccadilly railway station. It is a perfect location for people working in the city centre and for those who want a speedy commute to cities all across the country.
The area is comprised of mill conversions such as Jackson’s Warehouse, modern apartments like “HOME” and waterside developments such as Piccadilly Village that lines the Ashton Canal Tow Path. The waterways are one of the areas strongest features; forming pleasant and engaging walks alongside the canals.
Fun fact: Piccadilly is also home to Manchester’s steepest street, Jutland Street, and is said to be used for testing car handbrakes.
Getting around the city is made easy via the Metrolink or free bus shuttle that operates from Piccadilly station, and Piccadilly Gardens is a stone throw away with every amenity you could need emanating from this spot.
The highspeed rail proposals, HS2, will terminate at Piccadilly railway station, providing train journeys of roughly one hour to London; making the area a fantastic investment prospect and sought after location.
