Kelly has a brilliant understanding of every area of the property industry. Starting as a viewer for Julie Twists 10 years ago, she then went on to work in the sales department for 3 years, and the rentals team for a further 2 years. She is now a valued member of the property management team in which she excels to provide everyone with the best experience possible - and with 18 years of previously working for 02 in their complaints and retention department her customer service skills are impeccable. More recently Kelly has also qualified as a building manager - adding yet more strings to her bow.
