What The Green Quarter has to offer

Located close to Victoria Railway Station, this group of purpose-built developments is particularly suitable for professionals who need quick access to rail networks and the main ring road is within very easy reach. The area is therefore popular with people who work in the city as well as those who commute to further afield. Modernity meets convenience. There has been a lot of commercial investment in the area none more so than the £100m from the impressive new offices of the Co-op bank which is a real landmark to the area. This is complemented by several roads that have been improved and extended to make this area extremely pleasing to the eye!

This area is well populated and has grown in a relatively short period, mainly due to the excellent accommodation offered, it is not only affordable for owner-occupiers but also investors and tenants alike. The Green Quarter of Manchester is located Close to Ludgate Hill yet only a short walk to the main shopping areas, Victoria station and the vibrant Northern Quarter.

The accommodation in The Green Quarter is excellent, it’s on the outskirts of the City but the walk to the City has been greatly improved. It’s a very popular area for sales and rentals and they aren’t on the market for long. This area has a large amount of new build accommodation all located in one area. Would I buy in this area? Yes, the rents are great, I just wish we had more on our books to manage!
