City Heights Salford

The building is 23 stories tall with a podium at the base, which gives it a total height of 80 metres (260 ft)  making it one of the tallest buildings in Salford. The building was designed and built by Leach, Rhodes & Walker for the Inland Revenue and was completed in 1966.

It was was vacated by the Inland Revenue in 1995 and  the building was renovated between 1998 and 2000 and now consists of apartments and a hotel. The top twelve floors hold 96 apartments, with the lower ten used as a Premier Inn hotel.

City Heights is located on Victoria Bridge, only a few minutes walk from Victoria train station and the AO Arena. Deansgate is only a short walk away, offering an array of bars, shops and restaurants.
