Kingsley House was originally a warehouse by eminent local firm, Clegg & Knowles built in the 1800 it has red brick and stone dressings with prominent bracketed cornice and chimneys and is a Grade II listed building.
Kingsley House is close to one of Manchester’s main train stations, Piccadilly station and is located in the Northern Quarter. This makes it just a minute’s walk from Market Street as well as many of Manchester’s very best restaurants and bars – city centre living does not get much more central than this!
