Former St Georges Church, Arundel Street

St George’s Church is an early Gothic Revival church by Francis Goodwin built in 1826-8. It was restored in 1884 and made a Grade II listed building in 1974 then converted to apartments around 2000. The apartments retained many of the church’s original features, including stained glass windows and the famous clock tower which was converted to a unique nine-storey apartment spanning over 2500 sqft in size.  The other apartments are a mix of one, two and three bedrooms with some including parking spaces and mezzanine layouts.

Located on Chester Road in Castlefield, this development is within walking distance of Deansgate station and Metrolink stop as well as offering easy access to the Mancunian Way. There is a mix of shops, bars and restaurants close by too.
