Nuovo, 59 Great Ancoats Street

Nuovo is a modern contemporary development which was completed in 2014. There are 126 apartments across two linked but very different blocks with retail units underneath which is home to the Ancoats General Store and one of Ancoats most-loved restaurants – Viet Shack. There is vast atrium space at the centre of the lower building, which is flooded with light from the glass roof. The tower block has a few apartments per floor and has some impressive views from the higher floor apartments. Nuovo is across the road from the Northern Quarter and has easy access to Piccadilly Station, Shudehill bus station Victoria train station.
