I am moving out of my property

How will I know when to move out?

Your Property Manager will be in touch to confirm your moving out date with you.

Can I be present for the check out?
We advise tenants to be present for the check-out, so you can go over any issues at the property. Please contact your Property Manager to arrange an appointment.

Appointment times are Monday to Friday 10am-3pm, unfortunately we do not carry out check-outs over a weekend.

I cannot be present for the checkout

That is fine, we will inform you of any issues or problems (if any) in writing.
