The Green Building

The Green Building is a development focusing on minimising its impact on the environment through the inbuilt features of the building (i.e. solar powered water heating system). The development is adjacent to one of Manchester’s most used train stations – Oxford Road train station – which provides transport to many different destinations in the UK. Its ‘eco-attitude’ resulted in the development having no parking spaces, offering bicycle bays both inside and outside of the building and the use of the nearby Metrolink tram stops instead.
